We breed pedigree Border Collies that are perfect for every family.
Meet The Team
All our staff members have their certificate in Breeding Dogs and Cats from Animal Welfare Victoria.
We have all grown up with lots of animals including dogs, horses, cats, cows, sheep, and more, and choose to work here because of our love for animals. This helps show families how gentle, caring, well socialised, and loved our puppies are.
We want you to know who we are not just as a business but as individuals, so we have provided links to our socials so you can get to know us personally. If you have any questions we are all here to listen and help where we can.
Julie Lucas
Founder & CEO
Before JewelPark, Julie was a talented musician and artist as well as a music/schoolteacher. Wanting a career change and to be able to spend time with her four kids, Julie started JewelPark almost 2 decades ago. Originally breeding and showing miniature ponies when her kids were little. She then bought a Border Collie called Lucy, fell in love with the breed, and created JewelPark Border Collies. She used her knowledge of breeding and rearing to make JewelPark what it is today.
Andrew Lucas
Co Owner
Andy is Julie’s partner. He has three Dobermans that live with him that he adores. He helps Julie run JewelPark by doing mostly physical labour like building sheds and working on tractors and machinery, as well as feeding and taking care of all the dogs. You might see Andy around when you come out to meet the pups.
